Will it look exactly as it does on my screen?
Please be aware that different monitors will display colours differently, and there is also variation in the printing of the same product at times - including the planners for which these stickers are designed. (I have an Erin Condren planner with two different colours in the same month!) Therefore, these stickers are sold as 'coordinating' rather than 'matching'. Of course, I make every effort to match as closely as I can, but there will be variations which cannot be helped. Rest assured, however, that you are purchasing a quality product, made with love and care!
Are there any coupon codes available?
Any sales will be publicised through social media and an announcement on the website too - you can also sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date with all the latest releases and offers! Please be aware that you can use only one code per order - this includes Rainbow Reward codes.
When will my order ship?
For instock items, please see the estimated dispatch times on the home page. For all made to order items, the estimated dispatch time is 1-2 weeks.
Can you combine multiple orders?
Unfortunately, my policy is to not combine orders due to the way in which orders are processed and the current volume.
At times, I may upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost to you.
There's a problem with my order!
Please contact me at support@elliebethdesignsuk.com with your order number, including details of the issue, with pictures where possible.
If an item is faulty, I will ask you to either return it to me for a replacement or refund, OR may offer a partial refund.
