Little Book of Christmas
By Creative Planning Team Member - Korrieann Peters
I can’t believe I’m writing a post about Christmas already, as for many people December is a busy month for me between work and all the fun Christmassy things I would like to do or make. Each year I try to document December daily but I don’t always manage to fit it in to my schedule, so I have started early and made my base using my passport TN.
I absolutely love the art work and colours of the Hot chocolate collection, I couldn’t wait to use all the stickers and yes I think I have used them all and have already added more to my basket .
I have used the washi strips from A5 Daily Headers sheet to decorate my cover. Layering two quarter boxes and the hot choc mug to bottom corner.
I like week on two pages so I used the first page to just decorate layering from the A5 Daily Extras sheet. I love that the different mitten colours are the same design mirrored so I was able to use them as tabs along with a few of the other deco pieces to split my notebook into weeks.
The base layout is quite simple with a washi strip along the top, layered with the day and dates, then a little decoration in the corner of the right hand side pages .
Each of the weeks also has a little notes section for me to jot down information or even add a little photo and journaling.
I have finished my pages on Boxing Day, leaving room at the end of my notebook. I can either add an extra week, I may need to purchase more washi strips for that. and plenty space left to add all my photos, journaling etc.
Here is a little flip through of my book, hope you enjoy.
